Colonel Percy Harry Stanley Barrow was born on 15 October 1848. He was the son of Major-Gen. Lousada Barrow and Piercy Macdonald. He died on 13 January 1886 at age 37 at Cairo, Egypt, of wounds received at ElTebir. He was unmarried.
Colonel Percy Harry Stanley Barrow was invested as a Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.).He was invested as a Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.). He gained the rank of Colonel in the service of the 19th Prince of Wales's Own Hussars.

1886, from the result of wounds received in the cavalry charge at El Teb on the 29th February, 1884.
